Five months ago when I had my newborn baby, I struggled a lot with breast-feeding and knowing that I was doing the right things to care for my newborn. I came in for multiple lactation appointments with other nurses and then I met nurse Amarpreet Bhullar at the Fremont pediatrics location.

From our first visit with her, we felt relieved and much more confident in taking care of our baby. We saw her multiple times and had a few follow ups over video and phone as well. She was always so patient in answering all of our questions in such detail and kind in her approach when giving us knowledge and valuable information that’s allowed me to exclusively breastfeed my son to this day. We have not come in to see her in a few months, but we are forever indebted to her support and kindness during some of our toughest days with a newborn baby. And will always remember her. We have told our friends who are expecting about Amarpreet also so they can see her for their baby. This is a nurse who works with such passion and truly cares for her patients. We are happy to nominate her for an award.
