Denise has helped me through a particularly difficult and concerning time in my life. It started with a phone call. She calmed me down and reviewed my questions thoroughly. As my case escalated to another visit, she continued to reach out with additional necessary information and guidance. I had never been to the Madison hospital or clinic before. She helped me set up my online account and guided me through the entire visit, including parking. It doesn't stop there!

Though my first interactions were over the phone, Denise made sure that I had the appropriate paperwork necessary so that my spouse could be contacted and communicated with about my condition. She personally delivered the paperwork, and I was able to meet her face-to-face. My visit led to another, culminating in surgery. Denise again followed up with me about what to expect. I had some post-surgical questions several days later. Denise contacted me again! Extremely thorough with confidence and compassion! I hope to see Denise again at a future follow-up appointment and hope to give her a hug! She is a superstar! Though to many, my case was relatively minor, Denise was a rock for me. Thank you, Denise!
