The thing that really stood out to me was that she came and checked in on me even when she didn't have me as a patient. She truly made me feel so comfortable.
Jessica was such a blessing. Always smiling, bringing us anything and everything we needed without having to ask. Always going that extra mile to make sure you are comfy and happy.  She is one in a million.  If you look up the word NURSE, you will surely find Jessica's name.

My mom, even stated how wonderful she was, always smiling, and she completely changed the mood when she entered the room, always pleasant. She didn't mind repeating herself when mom didn't hear what was said. If for any reason mom had to go back, she would always be looking for her. She really made us feel welcome, and she was just an all-around beautiful person, both inside and out!  Thank You

From the moment I got transferred up to the unit, Jess was there with the biggest smile and the best attitude. Within just a few minutes, she went above and beyond for me by helping me feel comfortable. My family felt safe leaving me in her care! The thing that really stood out to me was that she came and checked in on me even when she didn't have me as a patient. She truly made me feel so comfortable. The only downside was that I only got to have her as my nurse for one day. In all seriousness, Jess made the biggest difference in my stay here, and I'm beyond grateful.

Jess, time and time again, continues to show how devoted a nurse she is. We currently have a patient on this floor who has both Down syndrome and autism. When his nurse was out on lunch, she stepped in and helped calm him down no matter how much he screamed, spat, and tried to elope! Jess just put her whole body in front of the elevator and the stairway before he could get out. She used her mom voice and talked him down as much as he could with the help of his sitters and other nurses on the floor. This stood out to me the most because the charge nurse was just watching the whole thing happen, but Jess actually stepped in and did something helpful. As a new nurse on this floor, she exudes teamwork and a great working ethic and spirit to help our patients in need. She also definitely keeps a smile on the faces of the staff with her funny jokes and sense of humor.
