Kelly goes above and beyond by providing a strong sense of teamwork in the ER and being such a great leader. She comes in early and on her days off. She is always providing an extra hand during codes, with difficult patients, and on the floor. She motivates and guides us to provide the best care for our patients. She listens to us without judgement that creates a safe space for open and regular communication.
Not every employee is lucky enough to have an amazing boss like you. Thank you for being the great leader and the kind person that you are.

I’ve been in the medical field for 11 years now and can honestly say I have never had a boss like Kelly. With Kelly, it’s not only about “how the work will get done," but also, "how stable the person performing the work is." Kelly sincerely cares about her employees. Yes, her door sometimes has to be the principal's office, but it’s also the counselor's office filled with laughter and love. Keeping everything very professional and yet fun. Kelly doesn’t walk into a room to dictate; she gowns up and asks what role she can take to help. Kelly has completely changed the energy in the ER to a positive workplace instead of just a paycheck.

Kelly is the kind of boss who goes above and beyond for her staff. In the year that I have worked with her, she has always made us feel supported. Kelly always makes sure that her staff is taken care of. When we have issues in the ED, she always tries to help so that we can find a solution. Out of all the different ERs that I have worked at, Kelly is by far my favorite boss and makes working here fun!

Kelly is a great boss. We can always count on her to be there when we are busy. She makes sure we feel appreciated and thanks us for working hard. A large part of why I love where I work is due to Kelly.

Kelly has been a fantastic boss. When the ER is hectic, she steps up to the plate and takes her own patients to help out the team. Not only is she a great leader and teacher, she also checks in on a personal level. I am thrilled to work for a boss who goes above and beyond for her team. A day never goes by when she isn't acknowledging how hard her team works.

Kelly Bradberry is an excellent leader because she truly leads. She never asks her team to do anything she isn't willing to do herself. She makes sure she has a strong relationship with each one of us. She stands up for her department and always has our best interests in mind.

Kelly is a very sincere leader who genuinely cares about her team. Unlike past leaders who seemed to be here for a paycheck, she seems to have a vested interest in the growth and success of the ER. Work feels safer and more enjoyable with her around.

Mrs. Kelly is proactive and always on top of things. She is altruistic and empowering when it comes to patients and her staff. Not everyone is lucky enough to have a boss like her because she makes working hard under her leadership so easy. Her dedication to our success never goes unnoticed.

Ronald Reagan once said, "The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things." Since Kelly has stepped into her role as our Director, she has taken our department to whole new levels of achievement. Our patient satisfaction scores are higher, I feel morale in the department is higher, and I'm sure there are a lot more behind-the-scenes numbers that have improved because of her. When we need help, we don't even have to ask, she jumps in and gets her hands dirty with the rest of us. She will work a day shift or a night shift or a day shift then come back and help night shift. She pushes us and encourages us to be our best. She holds us to high standards, which makes us better nurses not only for ourselves and our future but for our coworkers and for the patients who come into our facility. I know the days aren't always easy on her but she never lets you see it. We are blessed to have Kelly as a leader, co-worker, and friend. Love you, Kelly!

Kelly is the epitome of the saying "Teamwork makes the dream work"; someone who knows that ER nursing requires that we work as a team, and she makes that happen by leading by example. She's here to support us at the drop of a hat when things get hairy. She leads with kindness and humility and encourages everyone to do better in a way that makes us want to do better. It is known that she isn't just saying "I care"; she really does care. The ER has done nothing but improve since Kelly took over.
