Jennifer went above and beyond to provide care for our mom during her time of greatest need. Jennifer was kind, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. She truly listened to our concerns and did her very best to address them. She provided caring, personalized care for our mom and treated her like a real human, with loving touch, kind words, and a special "spa time" that really made mom feel much better.

When we needed help transitioning mom to Comfort Care (which wasn't an easy decision), Jennifer provided a prompt and professional response while also treating us (the adult children) as important pieces of the care equation. She ensured that we, too, had snacks in the room and that we felt supported during some of our darkest days. Jennifer is an amazingly talented, caring, and quality individual. Saint Luke's South Hospital is so lucky to have her on board and to have her leading the future generations of nurses as they train under her leadership.
