JR is very professional, attentive, and timely. During my brother's stay, he was always there for me; he answered all my questions with kindness, even if I asked the same one over and over. JR shows my brother the most kindness, care, and always a concern. One could not ask for a better nurse. When my brother messed up his bedding and gown, others were busy with other patients, he would do it himself. When my brother was rude or mean JR never let it get to him, he was always kind and polite to him showing compassion, respect, and professionalism. This demonstrates his high integrity. I feel strongly that giving this award to Nurse Golfo would be one of the most wonderful things you could do.
