My son really enjoyed Mrs. Wendy’s company, and he really loved talking to her. He was burned from boiling water (both of us). She made us feel very comfortable in our time of need. She checked on us very frequently. She has a wonderful, motherly, caring spirit, and I felt like my son made a new best friend. She took him to pick out toys. Even as simple as going back and forth for batteries for his toys.

When she saw that my injuries were not treated properly, she went out of her way to help me. We are forever grateful for Mrs. Wendy. If it were possible, I would nominate her 100 times more. Thank you for everything, Mrs. Wendy.

P.S. He was so fascinated by his IV line being flushed because of the blood in the tube that Mrs. Wendy assured him that his blood would not come out. He thought it was the most incredible idea ever. After she put his bandages back on, he told Mrs. Wendy his arm looked like a race car.
