Reina helped me tremendously during the delivery of my baby girl in February. I had multiple nurses throughout my stay, and the care she provided stood out to me the most. The care and attention I received from her made me feel as if she were caring for a family member. The compassion she showed reminded me of the reason why I went into nursing myself. Her exceptional attention to detail and prompt interventions made me feel safe and comforted. During my induction, my baby’s heart rate decelerated, and she promptly involved the doctor and recommended interventions that gave me peace of mind. She empowered me when I felt I was losing control and took the time to see me and my baby shortly after her arrival. The care and experience Reina provided me and my family with is one we will never forget.
