From the beginning, Chris knew information about me and connected with me right away. She was right there to help me from the start and guided me through the day while I was in a great deal of pain. Cris was very caring, kind, attentive, and personable. Chris attended to every one of my needs in each category of physical, mental, and emotional health! She was very intentional in educating me about all of my interventions and what interventions she was performing as well. Part of the best things Chris did for me was how she was explaining what she was doing. Just by being here, I learned so much information that helped refresh my brain for nursing school. The way she described each and every step of what she was doing made me feel very safe and comfortable. Chris always came right back with anything I asked for. She even knew how hungry I was and ordered me dinner after surgery. She was also incredibly attentive to my sister and mom and helped them through the process as well. As a person, she never made me feel as if I needed to depend on her but rather was extremely diligent to be there when I needed her most. I’ve never been so through surgery before, and she made me feel so calm that I didn’t even get nervous! Her professionalism was off the charts!
