While going through my crisis, Cyndy was there for my husband and family. She made sure to reassure me that I had the best team taking care of me to save my life. During the worst time of the day (staffing & shift change), she managed to run back and forth between IR and the waiting room to keep them updated on everything that was going on. Then returned the next day to check on all of us. I went from a simple nosebleed to being intubated and admitted to ICU. She went above and beyond in the middle of her job duties to be by my husband's side for me while I could not. I appreciate that more than anyone knows. THANK YOU CYNDY!
