Even the meds that burn, she makes sure to take her time and give them slowly, so they don’t burn - she is the only one that has ever done this.
I have MS and have been coming there for infusions probably ten years now. For about the last 4-5 years, I have had an angel of a nurse named Paula Harmon. She goes above and beyond her duties to make sure I am ok. In May of 2022, I had to have heart surgery, and she texted me after my surgery to see if I was ok. When I stopped coming for a while because the meds were making me sick, she texted to make sure everything was ok and if I was coming back. She is so sweet and caring.
I have been to quite a few hospitals and Cleveland is by far the best! Paula is always caring and asking how I am. When I started my new medication, she texted and asked how I was, if the new medication was ok, and if I was feeling all right. I have never had such great care. She is truly an angel. Also, when I come for my infusions, she always makes sure I have everything. Even the meds that burn, she makes sure to take her time and give them slowly, so they don’t burn (she is the only one that has ever done this). I could write so much more, but I think I got my point across. Paula is an angel, and I consider her family. Paula is the best nurse I have ever encountered; she truly cares about her patients. I have been to many hospitals in many states and there has never been a nurse I have had like her.
