Trish came to HCH home care just a couple of years ago and has been the best leader I have ever worked for.  She has an open door policy and is very easy to talk to about concerns or needs.  She cares a lot about her staff and our patients' satisfaction. Trish holds people accountable for providing good care and wants to make sure everyone is taken care of. When I was in my car accident a little over a year ago, she was very kind and supportive of me and my family. She cares about others and their feelings, which is the best role model. Her attitude influences us to be better as we head out to see patients for the day. She is very deserving of this award! Again, she is the best leader I have ever worked for and I have worked for many!

Trish Biddle, Director of HCH Home Care and Hospice, exemplifies an extraordinary nurse manager.  She goes above and beyond to make all employees and Home care and Hospice feel special and feel that we are all equal and that our voices make a difference. She works long, hard hours to make sure the work is done. Trish treats every employee with great respect. As I have worked in health care for over 30 years, I have not seen a more remarkable supervisor. She is an excellent role model for many. Many times, she buys food and drinks for us out of her own pocket. Also, she personally visits employees to bring gifts when they have been off work with extended illnesses. She checked on me at the hospital recently while I waited for my grandson to arrive since my daughter had health concerns and high blood pressure. Trish is truly a gem and loves humanity with all her heart and soul.
