Felicity is the optimal definition of a nurse. From the time I was in her care, I felt very comfortable, very at ease, and, lastly, very safe. Felicity answered all of my questions very knowledgeablely and even got surgeons and doctors to explain things even further. During my stay here in ICU, Felicity has consistently gone above and beyond in providing exceptional care.

One particular instance that stands out is when she came back the next morning and gave me a hug after realizing I had a rough night. Not only was she patient and kind with me, but also with my family, her colleagues, and her other patients.
