Cheryl Almond took amazing care of me before, during, and after my myelogram procedure. She was so calm and patient with me as I asked many questions and answered my concerns. She was so well prepared to take care of my pre-existing issues and medical challenges. She made me feel safe from the moment I walked in. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout her time with me. It was nice having her by my side from start to finish with the procedure. I remember her holding my hand and reassuring me I was doing OK. She reviewed everything with me over and over again, making me feel like she and the team knew exactly what they were doing!
