Sarah's positivity and commitment to the hospital is unmatched. She always takes the initiative on the observation floor to empower and advance the care observation gives. She looks for new and innovative ways to educate her fellow staff. She has since also branched out to stress testing to help fill the needs of that department as well. Sarah comes to me multiple times a month with a new idea of how we can educate obs staff. From mock stemi, codes, to "EKGs" of the month with a prize drawing. She is ALWAYS trying to make the betterment of the department fun and interactive.

She is the definition of our safety culture. "if you see something, say something." She brings staff concerns forward so that we may provide clarity. Her thirst for the betterment of the department is monumental to the care they provide. She is truly a happy, positive gem to this hospital and should be acknowledged for her commitment to us.
