Jeannie went above and beyond for our team during the loss of one of our own nurses. After getting the news, she took the time on her day off to call each staff member individually to let them know so that they did not hear the news from another source. She made sure everyone had the emotional support they needed, even when she was hurting herself. She went and gathered items to make a memorial at the nurse's station to honor this nurse, and to help with the staff's grieving process. She kept in contact with the family members and helped organize a meal to be taken to them. During a tragic and difficult time, she was the glue that helped hold us together. SNH Outpatient is lucky and blessed to have her as our leader.
