Dr. Dyer and Endoscopy Staff
I want to apologize to all the staff in the Endoscopy department for being so late with my letter. I had a procedure performed by Dr. Dyer, and the support of a small army of Angels! All my experiences at BRMC over the years have always been pleasant; however, I would like to speak of the experience I had with the Endoscopy Department. The names (I remember) are Tammy, Trish, Teresa, Kaytie & Joan. I am sure I have forgotten some, but not the incredible service they provided to the other patients I heard and saw and me. I was in awe of the heartfelt, sincere service provided to every patient they cared for. Universally, every staff member involved in my short visit was so special, and several said, “Mr. F., thank you for allowing me to take care of you today” – how incredible! I listened to multiple whiners and a few complaining patients and realized how difficult it must be to keep the angelic service to all patients! I would like to include Dr. William Dyer; every person involved highly praised him. He is the BEST! I asked if we could pray, and I went into the heart and hands of such special people. I awoke, tucked in a nice warm blanket. Shortly, another angel took care of my needs and wheeled me out. As I got in my friend’s vehicle, I remember that angel saying, “Mr. F., thank you for allowing us to help you.” Then, after I arrived home, I received a phone call from one of the angels to check on my welfare. In closing, I feel it is appropriate to honor not only the staff members I mentioned but also the entire Endoscopy Department and Dr. Dyer, who is a great asset.
