I recently stayed over a week in the hospital due to a fall and had surgery on my hip and wrist. All of the nurses were amazing and Nicole Underwood goes above and beyond. If it were not for her, my stay would have been much worse. She knew how to calm my fears, treat me with compassion, and was so kind with all of my questions and anxiety. She was so wonderful to the point that I would love to keep in touch with her now after my stay. 

I can’t think of anyone who would deserve to be acknowledged for their hard work and patient dedication than Nicole. I can honestly say I had a very positive and wonderful experience and a huge part of that was due to Nicole Underwood. Nurses like her don’t come every day and Tennova is so lucky to have her!
