My mother has stage 4 cancer and was admitted to Northwest recently. Russell took care of her with such compassion, care, and skill. 

My mother had blood drawn 10 times in one day, and Russell noticed and brought it to the doctor's attention. Not only was he the front line of defense in making sure my mom was comfortable, but he also skillfully drew blood when needed from her IV line so she didn’t have to get poked again. 

When my mom went to the ICU, Russell called to check on her and reassured us she would be well cared for. Russell helped make a very difficult time for our family bearable with his kindness and thoroughness. 

Russell is the kind of nurse every family whose loved one or hurt needs to care for them.
