Kelly provided extraordinary care during my recent hospitalization, demonstrating excellent patient care, advanced communication skills, tremendous empathy, and extensive clinical knowledge in all of our interactions.  

I am especially grateful that Kelly was able to recognize in the middle of the night through my body language alone that I had become deeply frustrated and upset by my hospitalization and asked how I was doing in a manner that felt empathetic and inviting.   

She listened as I vented, responded in a manner that made me feel heard and my feelings validated and offered constructive suggestions to improve the situation.  

Kelly’s highly advanced interpersonal skills alone provided me with the peace of mind to go back to sleep that night, and more importantly, felt like a conversation that will help me better navigate similar frustrations should I ever again require hospitalization.
