We have been seeing wonderful nurses at Paediatric Oncology-Hematology Clinic -Royal Hobart Hospital for around a year now, and we will be leaving them at the end of the year as we move to Sydney.

If we could bottle up Lea Collins, Helen Starosta and Claire Tetley and take them with us, we would. These three lovely ladies have been the most supportive, caring nurses and have always gone the extra mile for us, whether on the end of the phone or replying to emails, they will always find out answers to our questions and provide comfort and support with our concerns.

E has always been made to feel special, and her needs have been taken into consideration when doing treatments or blood tests. She actually looks forward to seeing the girls, as do many of the patients we see in the clinic every fortnight. They deserve the highest recognition because, without them, the start of this extremely long journey with chemotherapy would not have been as smooth as it was. These ladies are angels!
