These past few weeks have been very hard. Being away from my family, especially my 5-year-old daughter, and dealing with a string of health issues has been overwhelming and daunting. Amidst all this, Lauri has been a ray of sunshine. Unlike some others who might rush through their day, Lauri takes the time to listen and truly understand what I'm going through. It's like she sees beyond the illness and recognizes the person behind it all. With over 25 years of experience, you'd expect someone to be worn down, but not Lauri.
