We are thrilled to celebrate Will Young as a DAISY Honoree, recognizing his outstanding contributions as a Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department. Will exemplifies clinical excellence through his exceptional skills in Rapid Response interventions and his proficiency in Ultrasound IV placements. As a dedicated new graduate instructor, he has significantly elevated training standards in our department, helping to cultivate a new generation of skilled nurses. Will supports his colleagues and helps foster a collaborative team environment, taking the initiative to assist with everything from continuing education applications to creating training materials.
Will's commitment extends beyond clinical expertise; he is passionate about improving everyone's work environment. His active role in the 'fix it' project ensures that our equipment and facilities are always in top shape, enhancing both patient care and staff morale.
