Rania has been working in N6S since March 2024. From being a novice, she transitioned to a very competent and dedicated nurse in her unit. Patients, families, colleagues, and physicians have attested to her high level of performance and exceptional patient care. Her senior colleagues and nurse manager vouched for her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and excel in her practice.  
    
Many of Rania’s patients seek her services when they are admitted to her unit. There was a notable instance when a female cancer patient specifically requested to be cared for by Rania. Of course, Rania was gracious enough to submit to the request, ensuring the patient’s satisfaction and enhancing her hospital experience. Sharing a special bond with and knowing how compassionate Rania is, the patient always asks for her every time she receives her cancer treatments in the hospital.

Another touching story involves Rania's profound impact on a young boy battling cancer. Even though he has since passed away, his family continues to cherish the memories of Rania’s kindness and warmth during his treatment. The boy often asked for Rania, seeing her as an older sister, a beacon of hope in his challenging journey. Rania frequently visited his room, sharing gentle smiles and uplifting moments that brightened his days. Their bond was special, filled with love and understanding. When he ultimately departed, Rania felt the weight of his family's grief, sharing in their sorrow. Her compassion has truly left a lasting mark on many lives, a testament to the power of love and connection in the face of adversity.
