Stefanie is the best nurse I have ever seen. She is always advocating for her patients. She is always speaking up for safety. She is an excellent charge nurse as well. Always escalating any issues we have. She is always helping everyone on the floor, including the patients, nurses, and the techs. She truly inspires me to be a better nurse. She is a very patient and compassionate nurse. She will help other nurses with anything that they need, including blood draws, putting in IVs, passing medications, taking patients for tests, changing patients - literally anything we need help with. She always makes sure that the nurses take their breaks. She always notices when a patient needs a high level of care and escalates to the provider accurately and immediately. Words are not enough to describe how amazing, smart, and caring she is. I feel very lucky to work with someone like her.
