Yesterday, my grandmother passed away. I was just calling to give praise to your nurse, Jennifer, who helped us the entire time we were there. She was very comforting, very loving, and showed a lot of compassion to me and my family as we dealt with this difficult time. I didn’t want that to go unnoticed. I wanted to call and let you know that you have an amazing nurse on your staff and we’re just so grateful to her for all the help that she gave to us yesterday, including your entire team. They were all really kind to us and accommodating, and I wanted to give a kudos.
