Nurse Ross (Galil) was amazing. He helped my nephew so much. Each day, he never sat down. If he was not adjusting a machine, he was replacing bags for the machines. He gave us water, tissue and told us we could get coffee in the visitor’s lounge. He always asked if there was anything he could do to make us more comfortable; he explained to us everything that was going on and what he was doing. There’s no doubt in my mind that I’ve never seen a nurse so dedicated, who worked so hard for his patient before. I’ve had a lot of loss in the family, and even though care was good, I’ve never experienced such extraordinary service from a hospital and nurse like I did with Ross. I told my wife if I were to get sick, I would want to come to this hospital for care. Ross is truly a champion and has the heart of a saint. God Bless Community Hospital, and God Bless Nurse Ross.
