It is with great pleasure that I submit this nomination for Diana Reed, our exceptional Cardiac Rehab Nurse, for the DAISY Award. Diana's unwavering compassion, dedication, and support during my husband's surgery and recovery journey have left an indelible mark on our lives.

During my husband's surgery, Diana's presence was a source of immense comfort. She took time to check in on me, answer my questions, and provide much-needed reassurance during a time of heightened anxiety. Her genuine concern for both our physical and emotional well-being helped alleviate many of the fears and uncertainties we were experiencing.

Furthermore, Diana's dedication to education and support did not end with my husband's discharge from the hospital. Upon returning home, she continued to be a valuable resource, patiently addressing any concerns or questions I had regarding his recovery and rehabilitation process. Her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we felt informed and supported during this critical time was truly exemplary.
