Jamie is understanding, caring, and personable with her patients. She made everything go so smoothly before and after surgery. She really cares and listens to your needs. Me and my daughter have been in for surgeries, and she remembers us every time and what we have talked about and is always so caring to ask how we have been doing. I’ve had three surgeries at Bluffton Hospital in the last two years, and my daughter had two surgeries in the last year at Bluffton Hospital. She was our nurse every time, so nice and so helpful with everything we needed.

Having someone like her as your nurse is so nice and so relaxing. And she was so helpful the whole time. My daughter and I both appreciate her so much, and she really deserves to be acknowledged for caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. And she always has a smile on her face and is very sympathetic to your needs and thoughts. She was so helpful with my daughter feeling nervous about the first surgery. And so caring about her health.

After my daughter’s first surgery, my daughter came back from surgery and went from crying to smiling, and Jamie was right beside her to help her through all the emotions my daughter was going through. She definitely goes above and beyond to take care of her patients and to feel comfortable. And Jamie was so caring and understanding, explaining our discharge instructions, and making sure we had everything we needed and felt like we were ready to go. She really takes her time with her patients and lets us take our time and feel comfortable to leave. Thank you.
