Joanne made a really stressful and scary situation peaceful and easy. She took care of my mom who is also a daughter, sister, friend and more to what felt like the best of her ability. She provided such a safe space for us and kept us in the loop of any and all things pertaining to my mom. We are so thankful to her and all the ICU staff for taking such great care of us. We are so thankful and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
