Tracy is a true leader, very professional, and compassionate towards patients and families. She cares about each and everyone with the same passion, not more or less. She has an open-door policy with her staff. She always includes her staff, especially with any upcoming changes, and values their feedback. She is not just our director; she is our anchor and our strength. She is a team player among her employees and co-workers. She is responsible for several departments and is the Co-Chair for the PIC Steering Committee. She is able to bring everyone together and coordinate various hospital events such as Hospital Week, Employee of the Year, Physician of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and drop in visits to various hospital departments. She has the heart to know what people need! Our department really appreciates all that she has done for us and continues to do for us! She even makes special one-of-a-kind handmade cards for us on special occasions, like our birthdays. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have her! Building up the team is not easy with so many different cultures, but she does it with ease! We all recognize her for her BIG HEART!
