In addition, Carla was able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor even in a challenging situation. Witnessing her handle this situation so adeptly, in addition to managing her numerous supervisory responsibilities, was truly impressive.

Because of Carla’s exceptional patience and skill, the situation was resolved without the need for any further interventions. This not only showcases her ability to manage complex and stressful circumstances but also highlights her deep commitment to the well-being of her patients.
