My husband was admitted to 4B for chest pains. His EKG was normal, but the chest pains were getting more intense and seemed to be moving from the center of his chest to the left side. Nurse Nooner did a troponin blood test that had an increased level. She followed the hospital protocol (notifying doctor, medication, etc.) while maintaining a professional attitude. Because of the care she provided, the doctors had a clearer picture of what was causing his pain. Her dedication and knowledge helped save his life. Kudos to Nurse Dawnre Nooner. Thank you for showing empathy and compassion to my husband even though you were having a grueling day. Thank God you were his nurse and for the outstanding care you provided. We are forever grateful.
