Hudson has an amazing bedside manner and listens to my brother's needs and concerns during this difficult time. Although the staff is understaffed and worked overboard, he always has a positive attitude and is ready to help. Our family is forever grateful for his care, understanding, and compassion.

I was in unit 8AB for a week and a half with partial hand and finger amputation. At that time, I was lucky enough to have Hudson as my nurse. He went above and beyond for me the first 5 days I was in so much pain any time I called for a nurse Hudson was right there trying everything he could do to help with pain whether it be someone to talk to or someone to explain medical terms and information. He cares for his patients and truly is an amazing nurse. He’s not in it for the money. He does the best he can for his patients. 

Having him on my day staff was so comforting because I knew he would take amazing care of me. I could talk to him about anything, and he would listen and do anything he could to help. He does this job for the care of the patients. He connected with me the moment I arrived at unit 8AB and stayed on top of my care every day. He has done everything and beyond to deserve this award.

He has an absolutely tremendous bedside manner. He continuously tries to educate us on everything when we have questions, and he lifts our spirits as soon as he enters the room. 

Hudson takes his job seriously. Even when the tension was high in the room, he stayed calm and tried to help the situation. He went above and beyond to keep my husband comfortable.
