Sheri took care of my daughter while she was in the NICU for 3 days. This was our first baby, and her complications were unanticipated. Sheri did an excellent job of making us feel cared for and supported and did the bulk of education you would do for new parents. She did an excellent job educating my husband and making him feel included and valued when he was anxious about taking care of our newborn with lots of sensors, oxygen, and an IV. We felt terrible leaving our daughter to go back to our room since I was recovering from a c-section, but I felt much better knowing Sheri was watching over our baby girl. Thank you, Sheri.
