I highly recommend Nurse Felicia for her exceptional kindness, genuine friendship, and deep commitment to my growth and recovery. Her responsiveness to my needs, advocacy for continuing care, and exemplary bedside manners showcase her patience and thoughtfulness. Felicia's well-suited personality and caring disposition made her the perfect support during a challenging time, leaving me feeling truly loved and cared for. She even went downstairs and helped my mom carry all of our things down to the car. She really made my send-off special and memorable. She will be missed!

Felicia took care of my fiancé during his hospital stay. He is a firefighter for the local community and had a bad hand infection. He was extremely nervous and scared about how this could affect his career as a fireman. Felicia went above and beyond to provide therapeutic communication, education, compassion, and tremendous care to him. We were so happy every time she came to visit us during his stay. We genuinely enjoyed her presence and knew he was getting exceptional care because we had her. Felicia is a nurse who sets the highest standards of representing NorthBay Way and we were so lucky to have her. She is incredibly deserving of the DAISY Award and I know for future if any of my other family members are in the hospital and we have her, we will be in great hands.
