I felt it absolutely necessary to write this compliment because I encountered one of the most helpful and professional nurses this earth has to offer. He truly saved my life! I had visited the emergency room two other times, but because I could not contact my insurance, I was sent home each time. My last visit to Bankok Siriroj I was given basic care from a great doctor but again sent home because I could only email the insurance and it takes 3-5 days for a response. I spent a week so sick on thr floor of my hotel praying for help and relief.

Today I came in and was greeted by many kind nurses but Saifa stood out. He informed me about my need for insurance and even dealt with my frustrations with kindness after showing him documents that I was covered, but they could not be accepted because of the dates. He went back and forth, checking everywhere, trying to help me. He still came and checked on me and made sure I was okay. I finally asked him a question that I had asked countless nurses who had all told me “no” before, but he said yes! He told me he would help me make a phone call to my insurance. Because of this single act of kindness, which was not even his responsibility, he was able to get me in touch with my provider and have my hospital stay covered. I am so thankful for his wonderful presence in your hospital and will never forget how his kindness saved me from suffering sick and alone in my hotel room. He was the answer to my prayers.
