Bruce has gone beyond his duties to make me feel comfortable and included. This can be said about all the staff truly, however, Bruce has been almost initiative to my needs…knowing when I’m not feeling well, taking the steps necessary to get me better mentally. He also has been able to relate to me on a personal level through some shared experiences. I appreciate Bruce extremely and the incredible staff which is by far the best.

Bruce has the best attitude, very pleasant on the unit. He is really the nicest, most respectable staff I have met in my stay anywhere.

Bruce has been so kind. Very on my level with his empathy. He seems to like his job and he is not judgmental. He doesn’t treat me like I’m “mental”. I feel more normal around him. I can tell he’s really concerned and cares for all of us. He doesn’t mind us interrupting him, and I just like him.

Bruce is loving and caring. He is a very special kind of nurse. He makes all of us feel cared about and loved, but don’t get me wrong, he knows how to get serious. I always feel safe when he is working. He doesn’t put up with crap, and the unit is very pleasant when he is working. I love him to death.
