This nurse is special, not because of her knowledge and skill, but because she truly cares about her patients. She is kind and compassionate! No matter how busy she is she takes the time to listen and understand her patients' needs. Due to breast cancer and other ongoing issues, I was going through a difficult time. She was always available to listen to my concerns and acted on them when appropriate. 

There wasn't any ONE thing that she did...it was EVERYTHING she did! Noemi always went the extra step or mile for me. She truly deserves this award! Being hospitalized is difficult for any person, and she understood that. As stated, she truly cares and goes above and beyond her nursing duties. She communicates clearly and makes sure the patient understands. Noemi dried my tears more than once. If there is anyone that deserves this award, it is Noemi!

Noemi is a lovely nurse with a compassionate, smart personality. I feel so comfortable when she takes care of me. She is also very efficient and always looks nice. I never have to second-guess her!
