I want to express my sincere gratitude to Nurse Azita "Z" on the 3rd floor for the extraordinary care she provided during my wife Jennifer's stay. We were blessed to have Azita, she had us call her Z, for 2 nights. From the moment I met her, her genuine warmth and compassion were immediately apparent, providing a much-needed sense of calm during a stressful time. 
Azita's attentiveness was unparalleled. She consistently monitored J's condition, often staying by her side for extended periods. During the last challenging night, she patiently waited outside our door all night, ready to assist with medication administration every 15-30 minutes. Her expertise was evident as she calmly and confidently explained complex medical information, including the intricacies of hospice care, in a way that was easy to understand. 

Azita's kindness and support were instrumental in helping us navigate this difficult journey. Her dedication to her patients is truly inspiring. We have experienced care in many hospitals due to J's leukemia, but the level of compassion and expertise provided by Azita was unmatched. She is a shining example of what it means to be an exceptional nurse and deserves the highest recognition.
