From the moment that Maria came into the room, we knew we were in good hands. Maria, who truly made our experience unforgettable. As a first-time dad, I was filled with excitement and a healthy dose of anxiety, but Maria's cool and calming presence instantly put me at ease. It almost felt like we had a friend in the room there with us, not a nurse we just met.
From the beginning, she took the time to introduce herself and explain what to expect during the labor process. Her warmth and professionalism created an atmosphere of trust, allowing my wife and me to focus on the arrival of our little one. Maria answered all our questions—no matter how small or how silly it seemed—she gave us valuable advice that helped us navigate the challenges of labor.
