Our 17-year-old son was in a serious motorcycle accident. All of the staff has been wonderful, but Trenton has gone above and beyond. Our son has not been responsive and has several serious injuries. As parents, we’re devastated and beside ourselves feeling helpless, with many, many questions. Trenton has been compassionate and takes great care.

On top of that, he listens to us and is willing to answer and explain all our questions to the best of his ability. He’s shown kindness, given encouragement, and been very attentive. We don’t care how anyone treats us, as long as they’re taking good care of our child. But Trenton not only takes good care, he’s also checking in on us, making sure we’re as comfortable as can be given the situation.
