Annie exuded confidence right from the get-go and instilled it in us, which provided a huge relief and a much-needed sense of security. She notified us of everything that was being done and took the time to ensure we understood when, how, and why it was being done! She definitely went above and beyond, demonstrating a passion for her profession and genuine care for her patients and their loved ones!

She was positive and demonstrated professionalism 100% of the time, along with being thoughtful, compassionate, and caring in all patient and co-worker situations!

She was energetic and knowledgeable about patient care, always taking the time to educate and include my mom, patient, and our family during the care process.

Even when she was not assigned to my mom, she stopped in to say hi and check on her. Beyond that, she offered to pray with my mom, and that meant the world to my mom! It was as if an angel sent her to pray with her; the timing and genuine nature of the prayer could not have been timed or performed any better than it was!
