Throughout our program, Beth Domenico has exemplified what it means to be a nurse. From her first day in class to her clinical rotations, Beth has consistently displayed qualities that set her apart as a leader, a team player, and an advocate for her patients and peers. Beth’s instructors have frequently noted her outstanding attitude and professionalism. One instructor highlighted, “Beth Domenico has a great attitude! She pays attention in class, asks great questions, and acts in a professional manner at all times.” Her proactive approach to learning has not only benefitted her own growth but also inspired those around her.

Another instructor shared, “Beth was a leader in the classroom. She would always be prepared, ask questions, and help peers when needed.” Beyond her academic achievements, Beth demonstrated exceptional leadership and integrity in a clinical setting. During a challenging situation, Beth responded with poise, professionalism, and compassion, modeling the behavior of an exemplary nurse. Her actions in that moment not only ensured the best possible outcome for her patient but also served as a powerful learning experience for her fellow students. Beth’s ability to seamlessly combine clinical excellence, professionalism, and leadership has left an indelible mark on our program. Her commitment to nursing embodies the spirit of the DAISY Award, and she serves as a role model for both her peers and future nurses.
