Reny obviously has a passion for nursing. She was always professional and showed continual empathy when she tried to de-escalate an agitated patient even though other staff had already tried. Her composure was commendable. Reny also took the time to explain and teach her patients about their medications and what to expect throughout the day(med schedule, doctor visit, OT, PT, etc) and keep them informed. This allows her patients to ask questions and make thoughtful decisions regarding their care and aftercare. She is not afraid to advocate for her patients and works well with her peers and supervisor to offer solutions.

Reny is a healer on the floor and is determined to do the best job possible with her patients' wellness always at the forefront. She is always pleasant and professional, and she makes her patients feel comfortable and confident about her care. Reny is not only a "DAISY" but a ray of sunshine even in difficult situations.
