Nick has been so great with our mother. His compassion and his genuine care put us at ease. Our mother took a liking to him, and his smile cheered her up. Being from out of town, it has meant so much to know there are still great nurses who care. We are moving to the ICU, but if we have to return to Telemetry, we hope he will be her nurse again!

Nick went above and beyond to make me feel safe and helped keep my anxiety in check. When my blood pressure was a little low, he told me it was a good pressure, so I didn't worry. He always kept me up to date on my care and made sure my medications came at the proper time. His bedside manner is without compare. Easy to talk to about my situation and always helpful.
