She is great at communicating with my family about changes to his care and reassuringly informing us in a way we can understand.
Jackie had been my son's nurse on numerous occasions and would put my and my family's minds at ease, knowing she was his attending nurse and had been administering the care he needed as we had seen her do compassionately. She is great at communicating with my family about changes to his care and reassuringly informing us in a way we can understand. If one parent is absent, she asks how they are doing and is always polite when getting called for updates on my son. With my wife being fresh out of postpartum, Jackie has been an immense help by giving updates. My wife, in turn, would call to notify me about any changes and would be ecstatic that Jackie was our son's nurse once again. She was very helpful in my wife's emotional and mental state. My wife has a history of postpartum depression, she displayed high spirits anytime Jackie was around and loves interacting with her. My family and I couldn't be more thankful to have had Jackie as our son's attending nurse, and we look forward to seeing her as his nurse in the future. I can't thank her enough for the compassion and the care she's provided our son, as well as the piece of mind she's brought to my wife.
