Ramil has been on top of things every shift we have had him. My daughter is very ill with mesothelioma- in lots of pain with a lung drain and abdomen drain. Ramie has made sure he is timely with her pain meds and anything else she needs. He usually does this without an NCP, and he is the Charge nurse on the whole floor – with his compassion and caring, you can tell he takes his job seriously and loves it. I’m sure he treats every patient the very same way, you need a dozen more just like him. My daughter is 45 years old, has two young children and cancer -she has a lot of anxiety, and Ramie was right there to talk her down to calm. He is always cheerful and upbeat. Thank you
