Juwain was very kind and helpful with my pain, it was the worst pain I have ever had, and he got in contact with the doctors and paged them till I had a pain med that worked, he kept on schedule with meds great so I could get some rest and didn't have to worry about keeping track of times and was always a pleasant and calming person. He was super patient when I couldn't stay still from the pain and was an airhead from lack of sleep and pain, and made sure I was comfortable and didn't need anything when leaving the room. Encouraged me to use my call light for my needs and not feel bad. Made sure I was safe as a fall risk. He was a good conversationalist when the pain did go down and I wanted to talk about my animals. Also, he was very responsive to requests, and if he couldn't do it right away, he made sure to let me know so I wasn't just in waiting mode. He really made a horrible time very pleasant and tolerable, especially after surgery when I had that pain.
