This past week, we had a patient come in with a fetal demise. Kirsten went above and beyond to make special hand and feet molds for this patient. Kirsten even took it to the next level and made a custom plaque for the grieving mom, with the baby's hand and feet molds. So the molds wouldn’t get destroyed in the mail, Kirsten made sure the plaque was hand-delivered to the patient. Kirsten made the only thing this mother has left of her baby personalized and special.
